What is AdventureTrail?

AdventureTrail is a new outdoor game by AdventureRooms. AdventureTrail is the new city experience that takes you on an exciting journey full of adventures and puzzles. We bring the concept of the city trail to the next level, making you part of a captivating story.

How do you start the game?

After booking, you will receive an email with a link and code to play. Please only click on the link when you are at the starting point. After that, you can add more players to the game (make sure to do this before starting).

I did not receive the confirmation email and code.

If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived, you can make another booking with a different Gmail or Hotmail email address. We will be able to refund the unused code later.

What do I need to play?

You only need at least one mobile phone with enough battery. You know best how much is enough for your own phone :) We recommend a fully charged battery. Newer phones typically consume less battery than older models. A power bank is recommended but not obligatory.

How long are the trails and how long do they take?

Our first trails cover relatively short distances of about 1.5 km each. We plan to create longer trails in the cities. If you would like longer trails, please send us a quick email with your feedback!

Can I use vouchers?

We accept our "normal" vouchers from AdventureRooms Bern. However, it's not automatic; please book a slot normally and send us an email at hallo@adventurerooms.ch. After that, we need the original voucher sent by post.

I still have an old voucher from AdventureRooms Lucerne. Can I use it for this?

Unfortunately not. The Lucerne franchise no longer exists, and it is a different company. To request a refund for the vouchers, please send an email to the following address: info@arelu.ch.

Is there a discount for families?

Not at the moment. However, we find our prices for the AdventureTrails to be very fair compared to other providers.

In which languages can you play the trails?

The AdventureTrails can currently be played in German and English.
